Judicael Perroy

Judicael Perroy was born in Paris, France in 1973. He began studying guitar with Roberto Aussel at age 7. In 1994 he obtained a diploma from Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris with Alberto Ponce. In 1996 he was first place winner at the Paris National Conservatoire of Music and Dance. In 1992 he received the first prize by unanimous vote of the jury as well as the "public prize" at the Bartoli International Competition. As the 1997 GFA Competition First Place winner, Mr. Perroy was awarded the La Bella Prize of $5000, the GFA U.S. and Canada concert tour, and a video recording contract through Mel Bay Publications.
